A Stink Bug or a Squash Bug is much like a Box Elder Bug in that it is not a danger to humans or our homes. But we at Diatect International completely understand our customers don’t want to go to bed with dozens of them crawling around the room. Just the thought of extra company while we are sleeping is enough to use a stink bug killer! Don’t worry, with RESULTS Ant & Insect Killer and these simple instructions, you can sleep peacefully knowing that you won’t be disturbed by a stink bug crawling in your bed.

A stink bug can move through even the smallest of cracks, through your attic, down the inside of your walls and out the bottom of your moldings in search of warmth. It can get in through loose windows or cracks where your house meets its foundation. RESULTS Ant & Insect Killer can be used as a barrier of stink bug killer. Simply put a light dusting around the areas and in the cracks (we recommend the Chapin Dust Pump for applying in cracks) where you notice the stink bugs entering your house (some people find using a paint brush or broom helps spread it evenly). Most of the stink bugs will choose not to cross the barrier, preferring the cold to death, the few that do cross will die shortly after. The end result will be that you notice far fewer of stink bugs in your house and the few that you do find will be dead or dying.

The main thing to keep in mind is that RESULTS Ant & Insect Killer is a contact stink bug killer. Meaning, if the stink bug doesn’t actually touch the powder it won’t affect the stink bug at all. That means, if you have even the smallest opening in your stink bug killer barrier, they can slip right through. Most won’t, but a few will. And you will want to “renew” the stink bug killer barrier once every 2-3 weeks or if you notice an increase in the number of stink bugs roaming around.
