Diatect Return Policy

1. Please call 435-654-4370 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back your order.
2. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box in an obvious place.
3. Un-used portions, empty bottles and hard goods such as applicators must be returned. If any part of your original order is not returned, the unreturned portion will not be considered for refund.
4. Shipping & Handling on the original order is non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for any fees associated with returning the product to Diatect.
5. Any return shipped with a valid RMA number postmarked after 90 days will not be considered for refund.
6. Used hard goods (i.e. applicators) with a valid RMA number will receive a minimum of a 25% restocking fee.
7. Any product received without a valid RMA number will have a minimum of a 25% restocking fee applied to the orginal fully discounted purchase price less shipping and handling. In addition, all other deductions apply.
8. Any used products or hard goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be considered for refund.
9. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing.
